Default put standard pipe on for mot

put standard pipe back on 99 curvey s for mot (removed stubbied ccc can) is all that clicking and ticking normal ? got my self all worried some things amiss can't wait to put can back on

Probably a small leak at the exhaust ports. Worry about it when the standard one goes back on. Look for sooty marks where the leaks are (cue Sooty gags).

Why did you do that? a loud can is an essential safety feature. No need to replace just for an MOT. If the tester fails it, change the tester.


Although mine this morning commented how nice it was to see a fully legal bike. Whilst agreeing with my statement above. He did say some do take the P1ss. (Mine passed without further comment)

was chain off my alarm fob on key ring vibrating on top of steering lock dohh , put stubby back on
