HELP! Jerky ride on my SV

Hi I've got a 1999 SV650s. The problem is that when I'm riding along and open the throttle a reasonable amount the bikes starts to jerk on and off until i let go of the throttle; and if i try to throttle out of it the bike revs go up very slowly it sounds half dead and doesnt increase in speed.
Now so far i have changed the carbs, air filter, spark plugs, ignition coils, Fuel Tap, Fuel Pump, and clutch plates (some of these were due to other problems but this is the latest).
The funny thing this doesnt happen with iridium plugs in but i dont want to leave them in and have a problem later....so somebody please HELP!!!!

Assuming there are no wiring issues such as corrosion, I might be tempted to change the ignition module.

Have you tried more than one set of standard plugs? It might just be a poor standard plug rather than the iridium being better.

I have tried 2 sets of plugs and back to the iridium and iridium didnt work, so put standard ones back in and its does! I agree one of the strongest possibilities is the ignitor box but i gave in a took it to the garage while it was working. Been messing with it fo too log and want it ready for my birthday!
