Default FS365 - Apply it wet or dry?

Please vote? I have always let the bike dry before spraying on WD40, or nowadays I use FS365, but in a recent thread someone said it should be put on wet? Someone else disagreed, and I don't think we ever came to a conclusion.

I know ACF50 is better, but I don't do enough winter miles to need to leave the bike with muck/salt on it for any length of time. I wash it after each wet ride or rinse off the salty dust after each dry ride in the winter time.

Dry. Its water soluable, you dont want to put it onto a wet bike, it'll drip straight off again with the water run off I would think.

Not really familiar with what FS365 is (perhaps I should look that up before posting?!?!? ), but if it is some of that winter wax stuff, I can't see any reason why you would want to do it wet?? ... if it provided a seal, surely it'd lock the water in!!??

As it is a water dispersant, you can use WD40 wet, but it is better dry.
