Today is SV repair day

Ok, last night I was given the task of cleaning the front brake calipers. This afternoon I have rubber greased them and after school will be draining the system and replacing the black bikes calipers MYSELF!!!! with a supervisory hand from YC.

Meanwhile Suzy has had firing probs from cold to actually cutting and dying halfway round a corner. She has been sick to say the least, and has been only starting on one cylinder. So YC and Im Indoors have just replaced the front HT lead and noticed a bit of sparking from the rear...oh dear its kind of disintegrated inside. So they replaced that one too. But now she fires on all 2....so maybe I shall be taking her out and seeing if she still bloody whines while I'm at it....stil not got to the bottom of that,as there was two running with each other, one was cured with a new front cylinder head, which I assisted YC with, and the other is still there. I can hear it, drives me mad, but she runs like pooo off a stick. I can hear it when I put my head by the chain guard around the rear shock. It is quieter when you take her off choke, and when you pull the clutch in whilst running...its a mystery.

So to conclude 2 SVs repaired in one day...sort of. whats the next thing to go wrong, I expect that whining willl soon show its true colours, but after 1000 miles or so it still hasn't done it, keep yur fingers crossed its not on the AR!!!!!
