Default Milk

so in another thread they are trying to work out whether to add milk to coffee or water to coffee/milk.

Don't bother me as I drink my coffee black. But I drink tea and in the English way with milk, not lemon or ice etc. But what milk to use.

When I use to be the boss. I decided. It was what my colleagues objected to and referred to as weasel wee. Skimmed. no nasty scum stuck to my lips. They wanted semi as it supposedly had most fat removed and one silly sod insisted we buy in full fat as he liked the top on his breakfast cereal of a morning. Thankfully nobody even suggested sterri.

So what is it for you in your morning brew

As a kid we had green top. Farm bottled. But most of the time it was simply in jugs. straight from the cow as natured intended. No scrapping the cream off etc.

We have switched over to Sainsburys new 1% milk (because its currently £1 for 4 pints) - its half way between semi and skimmed - I wasnt keen at first but now enjoy it just as I used to enjoy semi...

Full fat for me. I could quite happily drink two or more pints of it a day, but I don't.. I liked it from the milkman but the amount we getthrough, it's too expensve.
