Default Stupidest thing you have done today?

I got my new leathers today so i went out on the sv to bed my new tyres in some more, got a little lost in the middle of nowhere and decided to perform a U turn in a gravel gateway front wheel went in a pothole and i lost balance on the gravel and dropped the bike

Thank god it was in the middle of nowhere and nobody was watching i felt like a right burk!

Damage is very minor slight scuff on exhaust should polish out tomorrow however my pride has a severe dent lol

John
A mate of mine did that a couple of years ago (ran out of petrol coming down Drumossie Hill). He spent the entire week-end filling up with petrol every 50 miles!! It took 10 hours to get back from Lochinver, via Aultbea, Eilean Donan, etc on the Sunday!!

Decided to cycle from London to Brighton on a whim. Took 4 hours. Knees hurting a bit though

Out on a run today with Baz and Kilted Ginger from Ecosse site. Fantastic roads but lost concentration momentarily on a steep downhill going into a sharp left hand bend.

Got transfixed by the road and hedge I almost rode into!!!

Today I split a whole tub of creosote fence paint into my flower bed.

And in reply to Lozzo - I stayed with my burk of an OH. :P

We've all done it. Easily done. Just get it fixed up and forget about it
