Question Custom baffles

I've just received a race can which I bought off eBay and I reckon it's going to be a tad loud. The seller said that "you could roll a golf ball down the exhaust".....no kidding! The can (a Gianelli one) looks awesome so I'm going to keep it, but I can't seem to find anywhere that will supply me with a big enough baffle.

I'm not too worried about having a baffle in on the road, but just wanted one handy incase it failed track day noise tests.

The outlet diameter is 52mm and the largest I have found is 47mm.

Any ideas where I can get one made up?

Cheers,

Paul

He can make baffles up to 65mm!
I've got one in my viper can. Works really well and the bum dyno can't tell any loss in power!

52mm is your standard budget exhaust size is it not? in which case there are a fair few universal fitment baffles out there.

I think that 52mm relates to the inlet pipe diameter, not the outlet. I could be wrong though.
