Default Help me spend £400- £500...

On leathers!!!!

Ive decided to buy some decent leathers and ive been looking at A*'s (mainly because im a tart!)

Im probably gonna go for black trousers (with sliders ) and a brighter jacket for visibility

Can anyone recommend some good quality leathers within my budget?? Ideally in the Midlands...

Cheers

Dont get RST, they really are terrible, I have been with someone when they were trying a set on and they pulled the zip off while pulling the trousers on lol

Apparently A* leather isnt as good a quality as others as they get it from South America where the cattle are able to rub themselves against barbed wire fences - the leather is then coated and stretched so it looks new - apparently if you pull leather really tight it should still show a grain - apparently A* leather will look smooth

(this is just something I heard from someone who went shopping for leathers and was told this in a shop - the shop sold all sorts including A*)

Depends on the sales incentive on each suit thought, he might have had an incentive to sell an other brand rather than the A* stuff.

Most of the crap thrown about the internet about different brands of leathers is my mates mates aunties counsin told me.

Go to the shop and try them for yourself, when your in the shop quality and difference is obvious.

When spending £500 on leathers I would agree - fit is everything.

search for posts by Lozzo, he used to sell leathers and made some good comments also he recommended some brands to look for as well.
