Default Left over Prawn Risotto - what to do?

Right, I've made loads more prawn and numerous vegetables plus white wine risotto than I can eat. Is it safe to put the ample leftovers in the fridge and eat tomorrow?

Should/can I reheat it tomorrow?

If so microwave or pan?

Or am I going to have to be super fat and finish it all tonight?

pmsl, good for you tim.

Prawns the next day are fine as long as cooked thoroughly the first time i say. They just get a bit tough.

From previous experience the rissoto is a hard lump the next day so i add a small amount of water and heat gently on the gas till warmed thru well. Add water as you go/need but try not to strir too much as it can just break up into a big mush with no texture to it.

Wheres GG our resident chefy type person, she'll know.

Wow Spidey, Im actually quite impressed at your foodie knowledge..
Actually they should be ok, shellfish are notorious for being dodgy and giving food poisoing but if they are cooked, cooled down then put in the fridge and reheated gently (yes by adding some water) and you manage to get them warm without them getting too rubbery and dont let them cool or put them in the fridge and reheat them again then they should be fine....although you dont actually need this advice now lol...yum, Im making Thai prawns for our dinner now ...mmmmmm.
Thanks for the idea...
