Default Gear shift rod - non standard

Need a gear shift rod about 22-25cm long for my Valter Moto rearsets.

Anyone have one, or know where I can get one cheap?

If VM doesn't sell spares -maybe check with GB Moto? Not sure how long the one that came with my GB Moto's is, but it's really nice.

PDQ sell spares, but they want £40 for the rod and rose joint!

Cheers Husky!

I do need to be able to bolt it to the rearset though as well, i.e. have a threaded stud or a hole for a bolt in the rose joint. The rearset just has a hole in it to receive the bolt/stud. I need something as per item 3 in the pic below.

Still needed as it seems that Postman Pat is continuing his quest to build a motorcycle solely from parts he steals from the mail system.

So far, he has a dust cap from the vacuum take off and a TL gear shift rod.
