Default In praise of M&S Sticky Toffee Pudding

We were going to have pumpkin pie tonight but wifey found this in the fridge and as it was short dated we had this instead.

It is just the most perfect pud Sticky and sweet but not excessivly so, lots of dates in it too. And with M&S cus-wuss - oh I'm pogged out

Yum! Sounds good!
Mr VT is amazingly the most fantastic pudding maker, he makes a wicked Treacle Sponge (my favourite) and Raspberry Cheesecake...!
I'm lucky he can bake as Im quite crap at it altogether, I agree about M&S puds, absolutely super, used to buy them in pre-Mr VT days or it was 'ENO anyone?'

Sticky toffee pudding is magic, especially with cream as well. Make sure you factor in time for a snooze afterwards though!

Oh and VT - I'll be expecting a taster on my next visit then
