Road tax increase! :( - SV650.org

Anyone else been for their new road tax since the "Budget" and been stung for a further FOUR QUID?
Sneaky 'gets' managed to sneak that one in under the radar!!!
I hate them.
Cost me £70 today. Worst thing about it was I walked to the post office & only had £68!!!!

Got mine Tuesday so still at old rate

your complaining about £4 when my mums car Tax has increased by £70+ i think we should count our selves lucky

Bah tax. If my car was exactly one year younger, same model/engine etc, it'd cost 125 quid to tax instead of 205...

its classed as a 2.6 engine is the mazda i think thats why its so high

its a 1.3 but has a displacement of a 2.6 v6, and they are not very economical.... at all

Think it's done on emission rather than engine size post 2000.

How much are sub 600's to tax now?
