Hi there,
If i was the remove the grab rail from the above bike, would there simply be a couple fo small holes where it mounts, or is there something considerably less sightly than that under it? Cheers, Toby |

There will be just two spaces where it was. You can buy shutters for them
I just put a rack on the back, I don't notice the gaps.

when you remove the 2 bolts it lifts off without issue, then you are left with two gaps in the plastic which can let water into the rear seat compartment but this does not tend to be a issue, you can buy infill panels or just make some to make it look tidy, but all of this has no effect to the bike in any structural way

Hi there.
Should be a simple matter of removing pillion seat, remove the 2 bolts holding the grab rail and then replacing pillion seat or seat cowl. Nothing complex. There will be a gap just toward the 'rear' of the seat/cowl where the grab rail comes out but IIRC there are "gap-fillers" available. I'm sure someone on here will clarify! Cheers PJ |

Just scoured the internet. Called every aftermarket parts supplier in the world (well, nearly) and no one sells them!
Ideas? |

I don't like to recommend them as a company, but Banditmania did sell them. You could try them.
The correct name for them are saddle shutters. HTH

Found them! cheers.
http://www.banditmaniashop.co.uk/sv6...ers-1122-p.asp I was expecting two little bits of plastic. £40 though? I assume the price is due to the colour coding is it? |
