What a shame! another bit of history gone!
Crying shame if you ask me! an iconic aircraft of WW2, had one do a fly past at the bournemouth air show last year, awsome plane!

My grandad was stationed at an airfield in the war where they flew those flying fortress bombers.He was always talking about how much damage they could take and still get home and land.
