There is a separate bag drop line if you already have your boarding pass (if they're using the same desks as three weeks ago) which has a shorter line than check in. How did you manage to do that by the way? I travel a lot with work and found the Thomas Cook Airlines process the WORST I've ever come across and gave up after ten minutes.
Oh, have you booked extra leg room seats? If not be ready for the WORST seat pitch I have ever encountered. Worse even that Ryanair!!

When I booked I also booked seats wife has to have a window seat and the online checkin is offered
But you have to pay for the seat choice option only 3.5 hr flight though if the line for bag drop off is short I might have a go as its a 615 am departure |

I do it all the time for work and it's no problem at all. Just make sure you have a printer to print the boarding cards on.

Yes, online check in is a lot quicker if flying from London.

You're confirmed on the flight if you check in on line. They shouldn't overbook a holiday flight but on a scheduled flight you'll be further fromteh bottom of the list for people getting bumped due to overbooking. And yeah, Thomas Cook are morons. Prepare to be deafened by the announcements and advertising while on the plane. The seats vary though, some planes are actually almost normal, go to www.seatguru.com and you can check out your flight.

+1 on the deafening announcements all the time. Don't bank on getting some sleep on the plane after getting up at 2am to get that early flight. Where are you going by the way Gary?
