Stuck crash bung piece help!

Hi, After removing my crash bungs (i dont know which make they are) from each side of my bike there was a piece that didnt come off the right side. This piece seems like its jammed and i need help removing it. I have put some pictures of how its stuck and the same piece which came off the left side.
Any help would be highly appreciated

A small amount of heat should do it. Don't hold it on it though metal expands when hot.

Or, is that a starkey in the side of the spacer? try to turn it & prize it out slowly. take your time & watch your frame one scratch on a black frame your nackerd.

No its not a starkey just a mark from the mole grip, I just cant see anyway its going to turn because its not sitting in there straight.

Can you knock it straight with a bit of wood and a hammer? If you do maybe it will just come out like the other. Mind your frame!

I tried knocking it off with something else but it never worked, ill give that a try too hopefully itll work

a quick tap with a hammer? also maybe squirt some wd40 on and let it soak a bit 1st.

Tap a thread in it and slide hammer it out.
