Polished wheels. - SV650.org

I decided to get rid of the dull grey flakey paint look so i got the wet n dry out and this is the end result.the local bike shop told me not to laquer the rims and a friend said put wax on them for a bit of protection .

Nice job. I used Scottoiler FS365 but don't get it on brake parts!

I do like polished rims, but no way could be arsed to keep them nice

When I polished mine I sprayed them with clear laquer. If you don't do them, they will turn white as quick as look at them

They look nice. Are thay standard SV rims? Stupid question? If they are might do mine when I'm doing the exhaust. Want to give the bike a good going over and make it nice and shiny! Although I'm not sure if I could be arsed to keep them shiny. I'll have to think about it.

Yeah m8 standard sv rims..only took 1 day each wheel n the difference is amazing..will put pic of b4 wheels on tomorrow..cheers
