Race SV - break it or sell as is?

after spending the winter months doin my sv still not raced it due to working for myself now after getting layed off

04 sv 650
brand new full titanium arata
gsxr 05 front end
spenske shock slight mark on chamber were ties broke and it rubbed on chain
just had new rings.barrels honned.curvy inlet cams on ex side.new gaskets middle removed from head ones.exhaust ports opened to match.
bored tbs by jordan
bb plastics blade subframe and seat unit
gsxr fairing and brackets made so fits sv easy
randr front fairing bracket
quality rear sets
3 back wheels only 1 front
k n filter
power commander
bike just needs putting on dyno

my question is do i break and sell as parts or sell as a whole after as close as i can to 3k.

I haven't been in sv's for long but looking at your list you'll get more money as parts (as is true with any sale like this. I sell mountain bike parts a lot) than you will do as a whole.

The question you need to ask yourself is do you want it gone (sell as a whole) or do you need the money (sell parts) ?

Im sure you'll have someone snap break your legs for the gsxr front end. I know i would have it if i had the money sat here.

You should be able to pick a buyer up for a supertwin for club racing

You'd probably get around £1,500 for the bling and another £2-2.5k for the bike (assuming you had stock bits to put back on).

Oh...and if you do decide to 'modify' it before selling, I'll give you a Gixer shock and some moolah for the Penske shock

bike is now on moto forum forsale lokking at around 2700 as it is or 3000ovno if i get set up on dyno full spec listed on there

If you ever decide to break instead I'd be happy to swap front end and give you dosh for it too

bike has now gone to dynoed and will be for sale on ebay next week
