Needed, Circlip Pliers in Golden Square.
From the thread title, guess what fell off my bike on Westminster Bridge this morning.
If anyone can save me a shopping trip, I would be grateful.

If you get stuck ( because I'm sure today is the one day nobody thought to stick a set in their pocket) Maplins are your best bet for getting such things in the City.
