Cheap car anyone?
Does anyone know anyone who is looking for a cheap car? We'll shortly be getting rid of our Renault Scenic (2001 1.8 petrol). It's a cracking little car which can take 5 people + luggage. It's the last of the ones before the ones with the "shaking that ass" boot.
2001 Scenic Dymanique 88k miles Half leather seats Dark blue with alloys and decent tyres Twin sun roofs Aircon etc Taxed to May, MOT September £1,200 The only reason we're getting rid is Mrs.H has decided she wants a Focus. I tried to talk her out of it by saying the Scenic can carry loads of stuff, becomes a van if you take the seats out, costs nothing to run, has been super-reliable for the last 6 years, is small on the outside but big on the inside and has more cubby-holes for storing stuff than a smugglers campervan but she's not for turning! So if anyone is looking for a cheap, reliable car please let me know. If by chance anyone has recently written off a car and looking for a sensible run-about you could do a lot worse
