Default Front fork and rear shock service questions.

Hi guys,

After taking the bike out yesterday I noticed that the RHS fork was leeking oil a little and the LHSs dust seal is totally shot. I am going to use this oppertunity to finally fit my emulators.
I will be doing the job at the weekend, have I missed anything off my parts list?

New springs
New fork oil
Emulators
Spacers
Dust seals
Oil seals

Should I be lubing/checking/replacing anything else while I have the forks off?

For the rear shock I have a GSXR shock which has been waiting to go on as well, apart from cutting a bit of the battery tray, is there anything else that needs to be done? Do I need a different bolt to attach it?
Anything that should be lubed/checked/replaced while I have the rear in bits?

Thanks
