Aye it is good, there was a thread a little while ago about it with interesting places like Donnington and apparently Area 51.

Plus you can see my house on it

It's great

If you zoom in on RAF Fairford (couple of miles to the north of Swindon - you can't miss it it's so big) you can see a U2 spyplane parked on the ramp

I haven't tried Area 51 yet

Also Mount Everest is good - if you tilt the display, you can "fly" right round it

The US maps are REALLY detailed. I lived there for a couple of years and thought it would be fun to see where I lived.

I zoomed in on the Cleveland area...

Then I zoomed in on the suburb where I lived... This is detailed I thought,

Then I zoomed in on my neighbourhood...Wow - very detailed

Then I zoomed in on our old house....Amazing - I can even see the decking I used to laze around on drinking crap American beer !!
