33bhp kit required
if anyone or knows of anyone selling a restrictor kit for an sv650s 1999 model (curvy)

Hi Nikki,
I don't think the 650 restrictor kit will work for a 400.  You'd be best checking with Cupar M/C's or similar, just to make sure. Cheers, Murdo. |

yep the last owner had it restricated a couple of years ago but chucked it in the bin.....she said the 650 kit fits but it gets modified slightly....drysdale in perth said they can fit it no probs ....

Yep, two washers is one way of doing it. Carb slides, jets and springs is the other. The 400 has smaller carbs so I assumed the latter won't work.
