Its official....after the advisory at its MOT, the bike is yearning for new rubber. I was pretty decided on a pair of Z6, but as they are a sport touring tyre...what sportier alternatives are there out there for the SV? How much would a pair cost and what sort of mileage should i expect?

I got Z6's, and they are fab. Don't be swayed by the sport-touring classification, they are still really grippy and inspire lots of confidence.

If you're looking at a sports tyre I like D207's, they're pretty grippy and don't cost as much as Bridgestones, which I was advised to get.
