Just fitted a fuel exhaust but cant get the baffle out.

Ive undone the small screw but the baffle is still solid and doesnt look like there is any give in it!

Am i doing something wrong?

Helppppppppppppp!

Yeah i know that, but was wondering how long it is etc?

Does it go right down to the other end of the can or is it literally just a small piece @ the exit of the can?
