Default Still up, can't sleep done my back in

Woke up this morning and done my back in. Upper right side of my back didn't feel right. Walking around is fine and there's no pain if i don't put any weight on it but it i try to turn or move with my upper back it's just shooting pains. Can't even get to sleep because i move in the slightest and it hurts.

My question is to any Org doctors to who are up is will NHS direct be of any use to me or will i have to just try and fall asleep?

Sounds like a time for that good old school medical marvel, also known as wine.
I suggest one dose (1 bottle per dose) should be taken approx 45min before bed time.

don't fancy a drink past out. Actually down to 1 can, a shot of jack or a bottle of wine my aunty gave me for xmas 2 years ago. Might well be an open up the hatch time as i can't stand red wine.

I`ve done a bottle of Midnight Port (quite an apt name) ... and due to hunger , no food in the sett and a bike that won`t start .... I have scoffed 14 month old Spicy Sausage that has been maturing in the fridge ......

things may get ...... trippy
