Default Changing speedo bulbs on curvy.

What a pain in the ****!!! Had to take the whole of the front end plastics and mirrors off just to change 2 x 1.2w bulbs! I can see why people don't bother

..and then you break one of the lugs on the speedo case....then put everything back together and realise you didn't plug the sidelight back in...

Aha!!! Fortunately not this time. Bulbs changed, everything back without breaking any tabs. Sidelight plugged in and no screws or bolts left over!! I.I also put the black screen on, put the shorter dogbones in and changed the standard bulbs for the night breakers that have been sat in my cupboard for years!!

Been there just recently.

All my instrument lights have died over a period of time, so while I had the fairings off a few weeks back I thought I'd do the extra bit and split the instrument pod. The idea was to fit the L.E.D. bulbs I bought for the purpose about 3 years ago! Unfortunately, having got the unit apart I discovered that the bloody L.E.D.s were fractionally too large and spread the bulb holder apart just a tad too wide to be able to fit them back into the instrument housing. Grrrr....

So I still have no working instrument lights and a pack of L.E.D. bulbs which are of no use to me.
