Default Kwak ZX6R G/J/A1P Starter Circuit

Ok, somthing that i dont know if its a problem

When i go to start the kwak with the clutch pulled in, side stand out, in gear (1st), i hit the starter and there is just a click, no click though if the clutch is out.

Now if the bike is not in gear, i have to have the clutch out for it to start, if its in then it wont start.

Im thinking there is a problem possably with the clutch switch, its a three wire (in/out) type, poss the in circuit is not working.

Only for peeps with kwaks as the starter circuit is not the same as on the SV.

If I forget to drag the stand up and put mine into 1st gear it cuts out straight away. So I'm guessing if you try to start the bike from 1st gear with the stand down then it just won't???

Hmmn, I always start it in neutral with no clutch action at all - I thought it was only the Suzukis that had to have the clutch in regardless. Sorry, can't really help - mcnninjas it is!
