When you say fake chicken what exactly do you mean? I know tofu is a popular substitute, I live with a couple of veggies and a vegan, they eat a lot of the stuff lol. Cooks just like meat from what I've seen but is nothing like it really. Theres this thing called Sosmix too which makes convincing sausage substitutes! Or lots of pasta/noodles/curry?
Being a guy you'll probably want a fairly meaty dinner, you might have to cook your friend's meals separate to yours ![]() |

remember it doesn't need 'cooking'. Subsitutes just need a bit of crispening around the outside and warmed up in the middle. Sosmix is tasty
![]() Maybe get a falafel mix from the foreign foods section of the supermarket. It'll look like a mini box of cereal. Its easy, cheap and tasty ![]() |

Well, I was planning just to cook my normal meals, but cook the meat replacement in a separate pan.
I think I will go shopping with her, and she can get the bits she likes to eat as I wouldnt know where to start. OR... I could just cook her chicken and tell her its tofu or somthing like that.... lol |

Whatever the recipe, I GUARANTEE that it will start 'chop and fry an onion'
I got so bored with that. And one day I smelled a bacon sandwich ![]() |
