In Holland it's now illegal to smoke tobacco. That's right!.....You can have a spliff but if it has any tobacco in...you're nicked

So levels of people getting cancer will remain the same (carcinogens will still be produced upon burning cannabis) but levels of people getting schizophrenia may rise
