Default Yet another member of the off club.

Yup, i joined it today
Mainly cosmetic damage to the bike, all but 1 fairing panel fubared. Seat cowel, rear plastics totally shot as is the nose cone.
All down to rider error, took the wrong line into a corner, ran wide over the white line, automatically went for the front brake, bike sat upright. Next came target fixation onto the on coming car, managed to do a rolling stoppie of sorts, scrubbed the majority of the speed off, clipped the rear of the car whilst at about a 60 degree angle on the front wheel which then me over the bars.....fooook!
Took the brunt of the impact on my right shoulder, knee and head ( no wise cracks please ) left leg caught under the bike.
Big thanks to Beenz, Vix, Alex, Emelia and Mark for waiting with me whilst my bike was awaiting recovery.
Ambulance crew were gems as were the south wales police

Now getting stiffer as the evening progress's, a few ciders are in order, purely medicinal of course

Big hugs Cuffy sounds like you were very lucky, I just logged onto Facebook and saw your bike pics. She looks poorly, glad you were not majorily hurt hun !!!

Bike can be sorted with money and effort, bones not so easily sorted. Feet up, lots of TLC from Mrs Cuffy and you will feel better. Hope the bruises don't come out too bad.

xx Shell xx
