Default Sky Broadband Arrrghhhh

I keep having this internet unavailable message and the router shows attached screen. Anybody else get this, Im having a nasty day..

You do get what you pay for, I've had a look at a couple of people who have this as the free add-on to their sky tv and in the three cases of problems it's always turned out to be the provider side of things, it's OK if you don't mind the slightly "hit or miss" approach they seem to have to providing connectivity.

we have sky broadband and have done for 18 months and we've had no problems with it at all

If the problem perisists get in touch with sky. Touch wood and all that and I have never had an issue with them (for broadband at least ).

It might be just a problem in your area.

And they have just been voted #1 BB for the UK!

Im with Virgin and every now and again mine goes a bit wobbly. I reboot the modem and router and all is ususaly well again. So try that 1st
