Default Fuel tank prop

Hi All,

I've recently traded in my '99 650s for a 650s K5, of which I'm really pleased. As I have three months warranty, I'm just hunting around just to be sure everything's tip top.

To cut a long story short, is there a fuel tank prop located somewhere on the bike or is this something I need to buy? I've hunted high and low and have been unable to find it. Am I looking in the wrong place, being blind or do I need to get my wallet out?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks,

Scott

It's usually under the pillion seat down the right hand side.

Thanks for your responses.
Mine is missing, sadly. Ah, well the timber idea sounds like the solution.

Thanks again, guys!

easy to miss, looks like it should be under seat, small white spring clip holds it in place. may be worth having another look. cant think how you would loose it.
