Default Retro fit Toe Sliders?

Can anyone recommend any?

I've got Sidi Black rain boots and the toes are taking a hammering. There's no fitment screws on the boots so they need to be velcro retro fit jobbies.

Any ideas?

Cheers,

C

Had a pair of those for 4 years and very comfy boots but not that waterproof. Left toe area really worn after an off a few years ago so got new boots rather than try and save the old ones. Got some Sidi Vertigo Goretex and the difference they feel a lot and i mean a lot more protective than the Blackrain and they wont rub the paint of theheel plates either unlike the old boots
Did not see any add on toe sliders myself for the Blackrains

Cant help thinking change you riding style do you ride around like a penguin with the arch of your foot on the pegs instead of yourball/toes.

Your really not going to be able to retrofit toe sliders.

Cheers gents.

I've seen them in shops but (as always) can't find them, now I need some.

and as far as changing my riding style, the battering they are taking is when the pegs touch down (after knee is already down). The bike is now jacked up as high as it'll go so I'm reaching the limits without rearsets. I take a pillion so rearsets are out of the question (front and rear linked on the hornet).

I'll buy some generic ones and stick some velcro to my boots. Just wanted to get a set to save the faffing around.

cheers,
C

I've worn a hole in my right front boot now, seriously need new ones. Same as yours, Sidi rain boots. And same with the pegs scraping, nothing you can do about the boot touching
