Default Abnormal engine noise?

Hello, first I will give link to the movie http://www.youtube.com/watch?gl=PL&hl=pl&v=EVSDYzn4Szc , this is my friend movie. And the question, this is normal sound of sv engine?? I've got the same noise in my sv, I change both chain tensioner and camshaft chain but it doesn't help. Any ideas ?? Sorry for my english

Do you mean the "Tick-tick-tick" noise?

I would say as it's quite a slow noise compared to engine noise at idle, that it is Cam/Timing gear noise. Camshafts rotate at half the speed of the crankshaft.

Therefore a slower noise.

Difficult though due to sound quality on video.

That doesn't sound normal no. Check valve clearances, also for loose clutch center nut and daft stuff like that.

remember to check oil when the bike is upright (sorry if that sounds patronising, but some people havn't done it this way and easily overfilled!)
