cool, love the yellow and black.
...(sorry if this ****s on your bonfire ) but the main plus of having stomp grips, for me, is for the grip , do the tank protectors give any more grip?

the tank protector/stomp grips do give a littel grip as they are they are rubbery but i fitted them to reduce scratches that appeared on my previous sv.

Dave beat me to it, stomp grips are there to give a lot of grip on the tank as its effectively spikey bubble wrap stuff (thats technical for you! ) but if its anti scratch you want, I guess the tank pad will do a pretty good job of what can be a high paint wear area.

that was my plan as i dont like the look of stomp grips or the cost. I also heard that stop grips wear your leathers away?

The I am guessing that you havn't seen them applied properly.
They are about £30 depending on what bike they are for and well worth the money.
Reduced upper body fatigue, better control, better grip and protected paint are well worth the money

Not that I've noticed, and I had them fitted for lots of miles
