As the title says want to install a power socket on my 09 bike for satnav/phone etc .wheres the best place to install it ?

Under the seat for me, twin outlet, but one has permanent 2 USB power to feed satnav/MP3/phone etc.
Other for airbed pump if slumming under canvas It is run through a relay, so only active whilst bike turned on and fitted with a 5 amp fuse

haven't fitted mine yet, but I'm gonna try to squeeze it somewhere near the dash. My seat is a one-piece thing, and not as easy to remove as just popping it off with the key.
The socket is supposedly weatherproof.
