just wondering what are the main differences between the k3 and k4 sv650?

Some joker bent the rear subframes on the K4's. Then nobody ever bothered to fix it

K3's are best

is ther any difference in the engines? i thought i herd before the k3 was a softer engine is this rite?

If there is, I doubt you would notice.

I know that the Pointy cams make an upgrade for Curvy engines, so I'm guessing that Pointy engines are better than Curvys (but not significantly)
As between K3 & K4 I don't think there's any difference in the engines.

If you're choosing between them, the K3 has a higher seat height, so depends how tall you are.

K3 spat rods out occasionally, that's about it. Engine wise there is couple bhp not a lot in it.
