That's new!!
Was online and trying to purchase tickets for the Northampton v Harliquinns game in new years day, upon clicking on the weblage I was promptly 'put on hold'.
And said it would refresh the page after I waited in a queue for 30seconds. New one on me that. Virtual queuing for a website.

Ticketmaster run that kind of system, so for popular events you end up 'queueing' for quite a while. Think I queued for 25 minutes t get tickets for The Police gig in Cardiff a couple of years back.
