Piston cylinder head cleaning
Tools used:
 Front piston before:  Rear before:  Lots of head soaking, toothbrush swirling, cloth wiping later..... Front:  Rear:  Not totally clean but a heck lot more better than they were! I also found that due to the head soaking of brake cleaner i allowed it to drip into the piston head rings gaps and slowly it cleaned out all the gunky carbon and went over the main rings wiping them with a cloth and 'swirling' them round and rewiping them and eventually the piston ring gaps were clean enough for the rings to be 'loose' again.

Piston clean,rings. Overhaul:Throttle body,Injectors,Brakes,Forks. Remove/refit:Exhaust,Radiator,Oil cooler,Throttle,Air filter,Tank. Replace: Oil,Coolant,grease,brake hoses & bleed.
