Default GSR750 exhaust question.

Hey Guys,

Iv got an aftermarket exhaust to fit to my new gsr750, will it cause any problems fitting it now (has done 100 miles) or should i wait till the first service is done?

Would prob depend on dealer some are a bit iffy when it comes to that sorta stuff , wouldn't harm to hang back till after service then as Nick_69 i'd think about having it re-mapped

The exhaust does say NO MODIFICATIONS TO FUEL SETTINGS REQUIRED in the instructions etc and i would be planning on running it with the baffles aswell if that makes any difference

I rode my GSXR out of the dealers with no miles on it with a Yoshi end can on it without its baffle. No problem at all.

Think I fitted mine at 300 miles, dealer said nothing about it on the first service
Btw that's the only time it has ever seen rain, fair weather biker

Why would the dealer mind?. No worries just get it fitted. From experience and to get the most from the bike, power and MPG wise get it run on a dyno to check the air fuel, even as stock bikes can benefit from a remap. Most run too rich even standard.
