could be drawing air from somewhere like the vacuum blanks on the TB's or one of the PAIR hoses has come/coming loose. might also be a dodgy connection somewhere like the sidestand switch.

as when you put it into any gear with the side stand down it shuts power. so a dodgy intermittent switch might cause it to go on and off like turning a light switch on and off very very fast.
as i said it could be a dodgy connection not necessary the side stand switch. you said (but after engine kill switch used or stand safety switch to kill engine, it doesnt reboot/fuel prime when switch /stand is but back to correct position) which to me sounds like it's electrical. |

Could it be something like a dodgy sensor. The ECU thinks the bike is cold and is keeping it in effect in "choke" mode making it very rich at low revs and not advancing the ignition at higher revs?

i had the same thought about the TPS but not sure it would effect the safety cut system/pump. unless the pump is working then it could well be a dodgy or loose connector on TPS/STPS/STVA.

Have you put it in dealer mode to check the diagnostics?

could sound weird but: do you have an alarm fitted? used to have the same problem and it was just the injector cut off function that kicked in from time to time even when the bike was running... it took 1 month to realize it (i checked EVERYTHING before...)
