Default GSXR wheel on SV - UK parts?

The kit which allows someone to use the wider suzuki gsxr 600 wheel on their suzuki sv 650.
I'm aware that someone from the US sells these kits over ebay, but the cost will run up to high when i take postage/ import tax etc into account.

So does any know of anyone who makes these in UK or does anyone know how much on average a machinist would charge to create them for me.

Why would you want to fit a heavier wheel with a heavier tire mounted on it?

Have you ever considered you are inciting someone to commit import duty fraud?
