Oil change.. little Q
If Im changing the oil.. do I need to change the gasket on the bolt ??
Can I use the same one if I dont break it ?? I plan on doing the oil change today.... Ta |

However, if I was doing my own servicing I would seriously contemplate it, just because Suzuki say to do it in their service guide (I think!!??) and it won't cost that much!! HTH |

I've never bothered (22k miles) and once tightened the seal is still oil-tight.

But for the price of half a pint of beer, it is worth replacing it. It stops you having that oh F**k feeling on the motorway
 Go and see your local garage mechanic and ask if you can root through his box of copper washers :P |

Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. Normally do though. Costs next to nothing, and the sump plug IS out anyway.
