Akrapovic Baffle - SV650.org

My SV has a full Akrapovic raod legal system with the carbon end can, I want to remove the baffle, but i am having little luck.
I have removed the retaining pin at the end but the bloody baffle will not budge.
Has anyone got this system that can help or know how to do this

hello,

we have got 2 0r 3 of those cans at work an normally they have a small spot weald on one side of the bolt, we normally find them an tap them with a screwdriver or something else fairly solid. sounds a bit brutal but the worst that can happen is you will scratch the inside of the baffle. The wealds are normally fairly small and brittel, its only so mr akropokvic can say they made a concerned effort to stop people removing them. And they sound bloody good when out!!

I have broken the spot weld on the bolt and removed it but the bloody thing still wont budge, i will try and break the weld on the nut on the other side tomorrow to see if this is still holding it in place.
