Coolant Temp Check Light - SV650.org

Is the coolant temperature check light on a K1 SVS supposed to come on when the ignition is initially switched on like the oil press light? Mine does not and never has, so I was wondering if this is normal or if the bulb is burned out.

K1? Is that a curvey?

And do you mean the little LED on the clocks?

If both of the above are YES, then NO it doesn't come on with the ignition.
