Look at front springs from Ohlins or Maxton, talk to people about changing the fork oil, for a standard front end either 10w or 15w fork oil seems to be the common conclusion. All in all it's a cheap and easy change to make. There seemt o be a huge number of fork modding threads open at the moment so just hacve a read around this section of the forum for good advice.
