It's better if you start off your ride each day slowly through town, rather than straight to 60mph+ what oil do you use? - Have used engine oil, used engine oil -(a bit messy) currently using Gear oil that I got off eBay for a £1
what did you have for tea? - Currently tucking into Beetroot and Creme Fraiche soup thanks for asking

keep your wheel clean and dont spend so much on oil, put the money you save towards a new chain and sprocks more regular.

Some of us ride rather than clean!.
That is after 150* miles this weekend on 2 IAM rides - today's very wet, just ask Gmonsta or Bullwinkle. *Plus all my commuting miles, can't remember the last time I cleaned it.
I would rather have a dirty wheel which takes a couple of mins to clean, than a siezed chain.
