IMO (strictly just my opinion), you have nothing in writing of a new offer.

Do you have anything in writing that you have retracted your notice to leave? If you haven't, have a word with your boss, and tell him/her that you've thought about it, but still feel it's right for you to leave. See what they say, as technically, nothing is in writing.

Also, consult someone like CAB

If I were you, I'd start with the HR department, and your boss this afternoon, then continue with CAB tomorrow.

CAB will only ask the same questions as we have to start with. Make sure you can answer them before you go for advice
