I was woken up this afterneoon by four ridge tiles sliding down my roof!!! Sounded like the roof was coming in. Ones now smashed on my garage roof. I've been up to collect the other three before the rugrats come home. Bit scary up there. Two normal tiles also smashed as they came down the roof. Bugger.

Just had a call at work from Mrs Matt to say we have at least one fence panel down at home

Just hoping that next door's cat was under it at the time

Doubt it, they are much too clever for that. Cats I mean, not fence panels.

Damage to date----A roof panel from next door's conservatory, and a bit of their garden shed, part of the roof of my garage, and a tree in my garden.Bugger.
The upside is that I was going to replace the garage roof in the summer, and Mrs B wanted the offending tree down as she reckoned it was dying and rotten.Seems she was right about that.
